Recently I read an article in the December 2011 issue of Family Motor Coaching about natural wonders in 13 of our national parks.  I thought I would list the national parks for you so if you were ever near one of them you might include in your sightseeing and see the natural wonder they have to offer.

3.  Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona
4.  Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Tennessee and North Carolina
5.  Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Hawaii
6.  Mammoth Cave National Park, Kentucky
7.  Mesa Verde National Park, Colorado
8.  Olympic National Park, Washington
9.  Redwood National and State Parks, California
10.  Yosemite National Park, California
11.  Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park, Montana and Canada

Rubber Roof Maintenance

posted by tdherndon @ 1:07pm, Thursday 3 November 2011.

Customers are always asking how to inspect and maintain the rubber roof on their unit.  There is a great article in MotorHome , December 2011 edition by Brad Clayton that you really need to read.  "Back to Basics Roof Inspection and Maintenance" can be found on page 85.  I recommend that you tear that article out and put with your RV paperwork as a reminder to inspect and do regular maintenance on your rubber roof.

Article in MotorHome magazine -Dec. 2011

I hope you get a chance to read the article titled "A Patchwork of Green" in the MotorHome Magazine - Dec. 2011 edition.  What a great job Mary Zalmanek did in describing to readers the area of Western Kentucky.  We have so much to offer in this end of the state of KY. and it was especially nice to see it written about in this magazine.  If you haven't visited the Land Between the Lakes area (locals refer to it as LBL), you really need to try to work it into one of your vacation destinations.  There is so much to see and the area is full of outdoor activities.  Again, thanks Mrs. Zalmanek for taking the time to come to Western Kentucky...come back again soon.
