This is the 4th camper our family has bought from arrowhead and every time has been outstanding. Its obvious they value their customers when you can walk on the lot and they remember what camper you bought from them 5 years ago and why you bought it. Every experience we have had with them has been nothing but excellent. They do not try to push you to buy something and give you the time to look on your own if thats what you want. It was around a month from the time we started looking until we finally decided what we wanted and they never seemed annoyed by our numerous text and phone calls. Everything was great from our first phone call to us picking up our new camper we purchased. These people are awesome... They are straight forward and up front with everything. Good honest people and great to do business with. It was well worth the drive. At Arrowhead, with the purchase of a camper, they will give you three video's going over everything with you. This includes from the outside front to back and inside front to back. This is great, as you can reference it always if unsure of something. They are most informative and helpful with all needs. This is a family owned business and Pride themselves on their Reputation. And let me say, they do a fantastic job with all aspects including knowledge, sales, supplies, and above and beyond GREAT customer service.. My wife and I went to Arrowhead Camper Sales, and we liked everything about our experience. We were greeted by Kirsten Payne. She asked what we were looking for and I explained to her that I knew nothing about RV's and travel trailers but we were wanting to start seeing some other parts of our country. Kirsten was very polite and very knowledgeable of their inventory. She listened to our many questions and answered them all very professionally. I guess we got lucky. We bought a one-owner, 33 ft. V-Lite Flagstaff travel trailer that was recently traded in a few days before. It was within our budget, and it had the floor plan that we really liked. But it didn't end with the sales. One of the owners made a personal video, for us about our travel trailer. In it he explained step by step the things we needed to know about the operations of things and even how to trouble shoot things if something happens to go wrong. Now that is customer service! The day we picked up our unit, they took my truck to the shop and installed the anti-sway hitch, got it leveled out, while we were doing the final paper work. They brought it out to us and then explained how to install the hitch, how to hook it up and unhook it. We left there as "Happy Campers" as the old saying goes.
